After a two week slump, Trey and Matt reintroduced the key elements that make an episode of South Park worth streaming illegally on the internet.
First, a hats off to the boys for a quality Schwarzenegger joke at the top of the half-hour. I'm always amazed at how rapidly venom can be released.
Next, "TMI" allowed the South Park point guard Cartman, to be the focus of a decently strong "A" storyline: the source of Cartman's (as well as mouthy Tea Party-ers, and juiced-up meatheads) anger.
This story merged quite nicely with the "B" story, equally riotous Randy's struggle with his penis size.
Cap it off with a classic pseudo-sentimental South Park lesson (penis size determines how angry and stupid a man is) and all pieces fell together.
It wasn't the best episode, but it was a major improvement from the last two week's snooze fests.
By the way, is it me or have Kyle and Stan retreated to being completely milquetoast characters?
